Wrote marketing collateral in a variety of formats (web, social, email, print); oversaw all content generated by the North American Central Marketing team to ensure dynamic effectiveness, grammatical correctness and consistency of tone and voice. Embedded SEO keywords into team output; tracked rankings. Utilized content marketing tools to manage team editorial calendar. Created and distributed email newsletters; tracked performance. Coordinated creation of video, print and graphic content with external agencies.

Covestro - Digital Communications


Managed United States social media presence for Covestro, primarily on Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, with some work in Facebook and Instagram. Provided social media strategy guidance across the company, including to executive leadership. Monitored channels, engaged audiences, watched trends to determine the best use of social media for the company. Assessed and analyzed risks, issues, and suspicious posts that could compromise brand identity. Maintained company web presence for the region. Consulted analytics to refine communications approach and refine SEO rankings.
